MHC offers clients the convenience of combining the benefits of both Meditation and Counselling. Many of our clients have issues that they need help to deal with, while they incorporate meditation into their lives.
We offer clients the option of a 20 minute meditation with 40 minutes of counselling, or 30 minutes of meditation with 30 minutes of counselling.

MHC Accepts Visa and Mastercard online and in-store, as well as Interac in-store and on-location. We receive confirmation of your order, and process orders within 24 hours for items being shipped. To prepay for a counselling or meditation service, please include a note in your Paypal payment, specifying which days and times you would like to book. We will do our best to accomodate your desired schedule. If we are booked for the time you specify, we will contact you by phone or email, to confirm a day and time for your appointment.
