MHC offers a range of Personalized Meditation Programs.
We are pleased to be the first holistic center in Montreal to offer these personalized meditation programs for individuals and corporations. The meditation practice that is incorporated into our personalized programs is Mindful Meditation. This is a practice of being aware of each moment, in the moment, without judgement.
MHC offers various tools and techniques to use in our office on the West Island, or on location for individuals. For information about our beginner programs for individuals, click here

We receive confirmation of your order, and process orders within 24 hours for items being shipped. To prepay for a counselling or meditation service, please include a note in your Paypal payment, specifying which days and times you would like to book. We will do our best to accomodate your desired schedule. If we are booked for the time you specify, we will contact you by phone or email, to confirm a day and time for your appointment.
